  Stopped here for a drink on a Sunday afternoon. It's a tired place with an older clientele, but it's in a beautiful rural location, it was surprisingly busy and the food seemed popular. The ale we were served on arrival turned out to be off, but it wasn't a problem for them to nip down to the cellar and change the barrel. The bar man brought our new pints to the table and the bar lady popped over to check we were happy with them after a few minutes. All in all quite a pleasant experience, we're often driving past so we'll pop in again and might try the very reasonably priced pub grub.
